a) How to proceed when returning non-compliant goods

Have you purchased goods that do not suit you in terms of size or color or simply did not interest you? Nothing happens! You have 30 days from receiving the package to return the goods.

  1. Print this form, fill it out by hand, and include it in your return package.
  2. Carefully pack the goods, including all accessories.
  3. Stick the middle part of the claim label on the package.
  4. Send the package to the address: Klokotská 348/5, 142 00 Prague 4

In which cases it is not possible to return the goods within 30 days:

The goods you want to return must be in the condition in which you received them. Therefore, the goods must not be used.

b) How to proceed with a complaint about ordered goods

Was there a defect with the goods you ordered? You can claim the goods during the 24-month warranty period. You can send the claimed goods to the address below.

  1. Print this form, fill it out by hand, and include it in your return package.
  2. Carefully pack the goods, including all accessories.
  3. Stick the middle part of the claim label on the package.
  4. Send the package to the address: Klokotská 348/5, 142 00 Prague 4

Conditions for acknowledging the claim:

Complaints must be made without undue delay as soon as a defect appears on the goods. A change to the goods due to normal wear and tear, improper use or any kind of internal damage is not considered a defect.

The deadline for processing a claim is 30 days and starts from the time of receipt of the claimed goods at the address below.
